Holder is at its best with two companion tools installed. The GitHub CLI lets Holder set up syncing between your computers for you, so you don't have to copy and paste settings by hand. Ollama runs AI models privately on your own machine. Both are free and quick to install, and we recommend setting them up alongside Holder.
